My Martech Stack

This is the short list of the main marketing and communications tools I am using right now. This list will never feature a service that I have not personally used AND felt added value by saving me (or my clients) time, money, or both.

For more information about any of these resources plus my inside tips on how to get the most out of them, head over to the Marketing Jam Community on Substack, register for an account and check out the article titled 'My MarTech Stack'.

It not only captures the essence of your brand, it identifies the most meaningful content for your audience and creates CTA’s and lead magnets to drive engagement and conversion. I am personally using the platform to fuel my content pipeline as I continue to hone my voice and expand my audience. Client Onboarding

honeybook

Honeybook is best described as a small business operations hub. The service helps entrepreneurs save time by automating their clientflow and has a lot of bells and whistles. It was honestly a bit of a process to get everything set up, but the time I'm getting back now is well worth the extra effort I had to put in. I am personally using the platform to streamline my client onboarding process from top (sending proposals) to bottom (contract execution). I also like using it for billing because their credit card processing fees are lower than Stripe and PayPal.
