By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you are engaging in our “Services” and are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and all Policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink on the Site.

By using the Site or by accepting or agreeing to the Terms of Use on the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Policies. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are specifically talking about both Device Information and Order Information.  


Additionally, we collect information related to any reviews, comments, and other content you submit to Us. This information is referred to as “User Content”. For more information on User Content, please refer to our Terms of Service.



The Personal Information the Company or our third-party service providers collect is generally used to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing invoices and / or order confirmations). Additionally, this Personal Information may be used to: communicate with you; screen orders for potential risk or fraud; improve and optimize the design and functionality of the Site; deliver targeted, interest-based advertising; and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide information or marketing communications relating to our products and services. 


The Launch Box LLC does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties. 


We may however share your Personal Information with third-parties who perform services on our behalf as described above.

From time-to-time, the Company will also use third-party service providers to deliver targeted, interest-based advertising about our products and services that we believe may be relevant to you. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information with third-parties in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.



We employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to us and the information we collect automatically. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors. 

Please note that email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private and/or Personal Information to the Company by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk.


Some of the information you may enter on our website may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. 

Credit Card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email and is maintained by our third-party service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not have direct access to your credit card information and no representative of the Company is authorized to request or obtain credit card information from you directly.

The Company may also use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.


For Site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the Company uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Similar to other commercial websites, our Site utilizes standard technology called “cookies”,  “log files”, and "web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” to collect Device Information about how the Site is being used.
